IP 在對方黑名單裡.
它都有給網址, 解決方法要從這些網頁去找.

針對 hotmail 並無明顯的解決辦法說明, 所以小弟建議您先多做個 SPF 記錄,
因為你可以看到您的對外IP 是 .225, 但您的MX記錄是 .223
這種情況都是建議設定 SPF 記錄的, 也就是要在hinet網域設定裡加個 TXT 記錄,
內容要從這個精靈去產生

先把你做得到的都先做, 若情況還依然, 再依照網頁說明填表格囉, 不然就得設立伺服器中繼, 讓信去透過中華電信msa.hinet.net 去寄吧.
